Well hello again, internet. I’ve made some conscious decisions about my eating habits lately, and I’m happy to say that I have focused on eating no red meat, having salads, incorporating tree nuts for a snack, and not snacking on chips and things. Yay! I feel good about my decisions, and while I haven’t been keeping a log of the food I eat, I know I’ve been doing a good job. I also know I SHOULD keep a food diary since I’ve found that they really do work.
Also, today is day 3 of week 1 of the Couch to 5K program. Sweet!
