Someone tell me to slow down! I’m just so used to being able to push myself that my head won’t let me ease into a new workout routine. I couldn’t even finish the first C25K workout today because I went too fast and almost killed myself! Yes, I started over. Again. I made it 25 minutes (I cut out the last 5 minutes of walking/jogging and skipped to the cool down). That’s ok. I need to do that so I don’t hurt myself. Patience. Patience. Patience. That should be my mantra. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and my new, better body won’t be either.
